Findings from our recent survey of more than 3,500 full-time employees, including workers based in the UK and Ireland, has found that pandemic-related challenges are still taking their toll, with many respondents still suffering from stress and burnout.
However, when their employers focus on introducing human-centred work practices – those that promote human connection and recognise good work – employee engagement and retention see a radical boost. In short, these practices mean employees are much better at adapting to unwanted or unforeseen challenges.
