The pandemic has been a powerful catalyst for change and the case for sustained hybrid working is now clear.
In early 2021 Fujitsu explored the UK's work / life shift, in a quantitative research study we set out to explore perceptions of life and work post-COVID-19. We interviewed 250 C-Level executives and 1,000 workers in office based organisations employing >1,000 people. The findings reveal there's no going back.
